OUR MISSION

ALPHA – RACES / ARES is non profit team of volunteers part of American Lebanese Emergency Response Team (A.L.E.R.T), that consists of skilled Radio Communications Operators, Certified Storm Spotters, Firefighter/EMT and Paramedic, Engineering [ Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Aviation and Aerospace] Medical [ Doctors, Nurses ] and Military. Who are committed professionals with a desire to assist their communities in times of emergency disaster. Our members provide their expertise when disasters strike and assist with coordinating and accelerating relief efforts.

Emergency Communications Plan

– Provides essential auxiliary communications capabilities in any emergency.

– Functions according to the International Incident Command System (IICS).

– Recruits and Trains Individually licensed FCC and IARU operators.

– Provides reserve resources for all radio dispatch and electronic technician roles.

AUXCOMM

Our Mission

Our Auxiliary Communications (AUXCOMM), made of organizations and personnel which provide various types of emergency communications support to emergency management, public safety, government agency and communities’ groups in time of emergency disaster. AUXCOMM service are typically voluntary and are commonly provided by Ham radio communicators.
